At JAHA COLLECTIVE, every item is made to order with love and care. We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers worldwide to deliver high-quality, ethically produced products, shipped with efficiency.

Each product is created just for you after your order is placed. This intentional, made-to-order process enables us to minimize waste and foster a slow, soulful production model.

Production time: Typically 2–7 business days

Shipping time: Varies by location, usually 3–10 business days after fulfillment

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships


🌍 Where We Ship From

We’re intentional about where we source and ship from. The majority of our products are made and shipped within the United States to minimize customs delays, unexpected duties, and added taxes.

We currently choose not to source from regions impacted by high tariffs, such as China, in order to offer a smoother delivery experience. Whenever possible, we partner with small, ethical manufacturers in the U.S., U.K., and Canada who share our values around quality, sustainability, and fair production.

Orders are fulfilled using reliable global carriers:

USPS, UPS, FedEx

DHL, TNT, Royal Mail

💸 Free U.S. Shipping Over $100

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Expedited shipping is not currently available. Thank you for your patience as we focus on quality and care.


📦 Delivery Estimates

Domestic U.S. Orders:
Fulfillment: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 2–7 business days

International Orders:
Fulfillment: 2–7 business days
Shipping: 5–15 business days (depending on location & customs)


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do our best to avoid surprise fees, but some international orders may incur local customs charges or import taxes. These fees are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict or control these charges, so we recommend checking with your local postal service if you're concerned.

Note: Because we don’t ship from China, customers typically experience fewer delays and reduced tariff concerns.


🔁 Address Changes & Order Edits

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

To request a change, email info@jahacollective.com or use the blue chat box with your order number.


📬 Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

Failed delivery attempts

Refused or unclaimed shipment

→ We will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs (unless the issue was our error)
→ We do not automatically reship returned packages


📦 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us:

We’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to make it right, either by offering a replacement or a refund.


⚠️ External Delays

Severe weather, transit strikes, customs backlogs, or global events (such as COVID-related slowdowns) may occasionally affect delivery times. We’ll always do our best to communicate any delays and keep your order moving forward.
