📦 SHIPPING & TRACKING
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED?
Since each item is produced and shipped individually, small delays can sometimes happen. If you notice that an item hasn’t updated for an unusually long time, or seems stuck, please reach out to us. We’ll work directly with our production partners to make sure it gets resolved quickly and you receive what you ordered.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
For international orders or items with shipping rates above $25, shipping costs may apply depending on your location and proximity to our production partners.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries.
Please note: We do not ship to Israel as part of our ethical commitment to standing with oppressed people globally, including the people of Palestine. Read more about our values here.
WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?
Most items are produced and shipped from the United States, with select items fulfilled by partners in the U.K. or Canada. We currently avoid sourcing from regions impacted by high tariffs to prevent unexpected duties or customs delays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
Great question! Many of our products are created and shipped by different print partners. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages — sometimes on different days. Don’t worry though — you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment, so you can follow every package until it’s safely at your door.
PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT I'M STILL WAITING ON ANOTHER ITEM - IS SOMETHING WRONG?
Not at all! Every product in our shop is made-to-order and shipped directly to you from our production partners. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and on different timelines. If one item is taking longer, it usually just means it’s still being created. You’ll always receive tracking information for each shipment, and everything will make its way to you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Please contact us at info@jahacollective.com within 10 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
💬 ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accommodate changes once your order is confirmed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After that, production begins immediately and cancellations cannot be processed.
ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
Because each item is custom made, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
WHY DO I NEED TO ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT?
Our shipping partners require a phone number to ensure successful delivery of your order. Your number is only used for shipping updates and delivery purposes — never for marketing.

WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO ORDER FOR BACK-TO-SCHOOL DELIVERY?
We recommend ordering no later than September 12th to ensure delivery before the start of the fall semester. Production + shipping usually takes 7–10 business days.
DO YOU OFFER SCHOOL OR TEACHER DISCOUNTS?
Not yet. But we’re proud to support educators and students! Look out for limited-time back-to-school bundles and discounts on academic planners, notebooks, and accessories.
CAN I PERSONALIZE A BACK-TO-SCHOOL GIFT?
While most of our products are not fully customizable, we do offer pattern and color options across our product lines—perfect for making your gift feel personal and special.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Most items are produced within 3–5 business days. Please check each product page for specific estimates.
I DON'T SEE MY SIZE LISTED ON AN ITEM - WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
If your size isn’t showing, don’t worry — it just means that option is currently out of stock. My store automatically hides sold-out sizes so you only see what’s available to order right now.

We believe in choice, longevity, and craftsmanship.
Our real leather items reflect centuries-old techniques and time-tested durability. Our vegan leather offerings provide a sustainable, cruelty-free alternative for those who prefer it. Both are ethically sourced and printed using eco-conscious methods.
