Refunds & Returns


At JAHA COLLECTIVE, every item is made-to-order, crafted just for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or address errors. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’re committed to resolving any issues caused by defects, misprints, or fulfillment errors.


🔒 All Sales Are Final

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, size exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun.

🛍️ Cancellations

You may cancel or edit your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After this window, production will begin automatically, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For cancellations within 1 hour, contact us via email or live chat.


📦 Order Issues: Misprints, Defects, or Delivery Problems

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, we’re here to make it right.

What to do:

1) Contact us within 7 days of delivery

2) Send an email to info@jahacollective.com with

3) Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photo evidence of the problem

 

Once verified, we will:

Offer a free replacement, or

Provide a full refund, depending on the issue and your preference

❗ Note: In most cases, we do not require you to return the item. If we do request a return, we will provide instructions and cover shipping when appropriate.


📏 Wrong Size or Buyer Error?

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections or a change of mind. Please review our sizing charts before purchase.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size:

We offer a discount on a new order as a courtesy or a full refund. 

You do not need to return the original item - Gift or donate the item, and pass on some goodness. 


🚚 Shipping Errors (Wrong Address or Unclaimed)

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. A new shipping fee will apply.

Unclaimed packages may be donated or discarded after 30 days. We are not responsible for refunding unclaimed orders.


🛠️ Limited Editions & Availability

Some products are released as limited-edition runs and may not be restocked. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, you’ll be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative.
